You’ll be at the center of business strategy and execution — translating ideas into actionable outcomes, accelerating cost optimization, and strengthening the backbone of Foxtale’s supply chain growth story. 


Key Responsibilities:

1. Manufacturing Landscape & Expansion 

  • Evaluate

    Make vs Buy

    decisions and build a roadmap for expansion. 
  • Coordinate with consultants, architects, contractors, equipment suppliers, and internal teams to ensure timely and cost-efficient execution. 
  • Manage project budgets, timelines, and progress reporting to leadership. 
  • Set up systems and

    SOPs

    for production, quality, safety, and supply chain integration. 

2. Cost Savings & Efficiency 

  • Drive cost savings across raw materials, packaging, and plant operations through vendor negotiations, alternative sourcing, and process improvements. 
  • Implement frameworks to track

    KPIs

    such as cost per unit, inventory turns, and productivity. 
  • Identify opportunities for waste reduction, better utilization of resources, and sustainable practices. 

3. Strategic & Operational Projects 

  • Support

    supply chain expansion initiatives

    in line with business growth. 
  • Ensure readiness for

    new product launches

    by aligning procurement, production, and distribution. 
  • Partner with Finance on

    working capital planning

    , cost benchmarking, and budgeting. 

4. Leadership & Execution Support 

  • Act as a project manager and execution partner for management. 
  • Prepare business cases, dashboards, and cost-benefit analyses to aid decision-making. 
  • Identify risks, develop mitigation plans, and ensure alignment with company growth objectives. 


Qualifications & Skills:

  • Experience:

    3–5 years of experience in manufacturing, supply chain, or operations consulting (FMCG, personal care, or related industries preferred). 
  • Strong analytical, problem-solving, and project management skills. 
  • Proven ability to manage multiple projects and stakeholders simultaneously. 
  • Familiarity with cost analysis, budgeting, and process optimization frameworks. 
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills with attention to detail.
