Job Description

As *Chief of Staff to the Founder/CEO, you will serve as a strategic right hand — helping turn vision into action. This role is designed for a **high-agency operator* who thrives in ambiguity, excels in cross-functional leadership, and communicates with clarity and influence.

Your primary focus will be on *leading enterprise implementations* (working with product, customer success, and engineering) and *driving key marketing initiatives* to

build brand awareness, demand generation, and sales enablement.


Key Responsibilities:-

Enterprise Implementation Leadership (KRA 1)

  • Drive end-to-end onboarding and delivery for enterprise healthcare clients
  • Coordinate cross-functional teams (Product, Engineering, Customer Success) to meet timelines and SLAs
  • Build scalable playbooks and implementation frameworks for repeatability
  • Serve as an escalation point to proactively resolve blockers.
  • Represent the CEO in high-stakes client meetings when needed.


Marketing & GTM Initiatives (KRA 2)

  • Lead strategic marketing projects — including product marketing, digital campaigns, and event presence
  • Collaborate with external agencies or internal teams on brand, content, and performance marketing
  • Drive thought leadership and PR initiatives on behalf of the CEO/founder
  • Build sales collateral, case studies, and coordinate with sales teams for GTM alignment
  • Analyze marketing ROI and optimize for growth.


Additional Responsibilities

  • Serve as a force multiplier for the CEO — managing priorities, meetings, and strategic initiatives
  • Prepare presentations, memos, and strategic updates for board meetings and investors.
  • Identify operational bottlenecks and recommend solutions across the company.
  • Manage special projects, OKRs, and track cross-functional progress against goals. 


What We’re Looking For

  • 2–4 years of experience in startups, consulting, operations, or GTM
  • Exceptional communication* skills — written, verbal, and executive presence
  • Proven *problem-solver* who takes ownership and moves fast
  • Track record of *leading complex projects* with minimal oversight
  • Strong grasp of *enterprise SaaS*, healthcare workflows, or regulated industries
  • Prior exposure to *B2B implementations* and *marketing strategy* is a big plus .
  • Comfortable wearing multiple hats in a fast-changing startup environment
  • MBA or consulting background is a bonus but not required.
