About The Role
We are looking for a
Chief of Staff
who can serve as an
extension of the founder
. Someone who thrives on clarity, execution, and impact.This isn't a coordination role. It's a
systems and leverage role
enabling founders focus where they add maximum value by ensuring everything else runs with precision.You will work directly with the founders and leadership team to drive OKRs system,
mission-critical (P0) initiatives
, solve cross-functional bottlenecks, and ensure the org operates on principles, not chaos.
What You'll Do
- Drive founder leverage
- Ensure founders time is spent on the highest-value priorities like strategy, people, and capital by managing, simplifying, and unblocking everything else
- Prepare and represent the CEO in key meetings, decisions, and external engagements when needed
- Execute P0 initiatives
- Lead and track P0 projects end-to-end ensuring structure, velocity, and adherence to principles
- Identify execution risks early and drive resolution across functions before issues escalate
- Lead strategic hiring
- Partner with Talent Acquisition to proactively identify and close P0 roles across the leadership and critical hires that define our next phase of growth
- Be the founder's eyes and ears
- Surface insights from across the org that might otherwise go unnoticed
- Translate noise into clear signals of what's working, what's stuck, and what needs intervention.
- Anchor OKR rhythm
- Ensure OKRs are not a ritual but a management system driving alignment, accountability, and outcome-led execution across teams.
You'll Excel in This Role If You
- Are structured, analytical, and execution-obsessed and you bring order to chaos
- Communicate with clarity and crispness
- Solve P1/P2 problems independently , escalate only what truly needs founder attention
- Are immune to volatility and steady under ambiguity and fast pivots
- Have cross-functional depth and you understand how Product, Business, and Operations interplay
- (Bonus) Have Fintech or Crypto experience, or exposure to fast-scaling, regulated industries.
