Develop end-to-end features using TypeScript, React, Next.js, Tailwind CSS, and Redux / RTK Query. Build and optimize APIs and background services with Node.js, RabbitMQ, and Redis. Implement secure authentication and authorization flows (JWT, Supabase Auth). Collaborate with the team to integrate AI-powered capabilities across the platform. Write clean, maintainable code with strong testing and documentation standards. Contribute to technical discussions and help shape Navero’s engineering culture as we scale. What You Bring Strong experience with TypeScript, React, Next.js, and Redux / RTK Query. Proficiency in Node.js and modern backend practices (APIs, queues, caching). Solid understanding of database design, SQL performance, and query optimization. Familiarity with RabbitMQ, Redis, or equivalent technologies for real-time processing. Knowledge of authentication and authorization (JWT, OAuth, etc.). Clear communicator with strong ownership mindset and attention to detail.
