The Role

We’re looking for a Full Stack Engineer who thrives on solving real product and performance challenges. You’ll own features end-to-end — from database design and real-time services to polished, responsive UIs — and ship them fast.

You’ll join a small, high-output team building the next generation of the Navero Talent Platform. Expect autonomy, clear outcomes, and a culture that values both speed and craftsmanship.

What You’ll Do

• Design and maintain scalable databases (PostgreSQL / Supabase), with strong focus on schema design and query optimization.
• Develop end-to-end features using TypeScript, React, Next.js, Tailwind CSS, and Redux / RTK Query.
• Build and optimize APIs and background services with Node.js, RabbitMQ, and Redis.
• Implement secure authentication and authorization flows (JWT, Supabase Auth).
• Collaborate with the team to integrate AI-powered capabilities across the platform.
• Write clean, maintainable code with strong testing and documentation standards.
• Contribute to technical discussions and help shape Navero’s engineering culture as we scale.

What You Bring

• Strong experience with TypeScript, React, Next.js, and Redux / RTK Query.
• Proficiency in Node.js and modern backend practices (APIs, queues, caching).
• Solid understanding of database design, SQL performance, and query optimization.
• Familiarity with RabbitMQ, Redis, or equivalent technologies for real-time processing.
• Knowledge of authentication and authorization (JWT, OAuth, etc.).
• Clear communicator with strong ownership mindset and attention to detail.
• A growth mindset — curious, collaborative, and comfortable in a fast-moving environment.
