What You'll Do 🚀

• Own the tracking of the founder's OKRs and projects in Notion, ensuring alignment across the team.
• Conduct weekly accountability reviews, following up with both internal team members and external stakeholders.
• Prepare meeting materials, investor updates, and data reports to facilitate informed discussions.
• Source and communicate with investors for the CEO’s pitches, managing follow-ups and tracking responses.
• Engage in product discussions and synthesize user feedback to enhance our offerings.
• Spot operational gaps early and develop systems to address them, ensuring smooth company operations.

What You Bring 🎓

• Experience: 1–3 years in consulting, investment banking, or startup operations.
• Technical Skills: Proficiency with tools like Notion, ChatGPT, Google Sheets, and Loom.
• Organizational Skills: Exceptional ability to manage tasks, prioritize effectively, and follow through, with no detail lost or forgotten.
• Communication: Concise and proactive communicator, comfortable with chasing clarity.
• Analytical Mind: Familiarity with data, dashboards, and light analysis.
