Inside CoinDCX’s Governance, Risk & Compliance Team Our Governance, Risk & Compliance team ensures that CoinDCX operates within a robust framework of governance and risk management. We safeguard the company’s operations by identifying and mitigating risks, ensuring compliance with industry standards. If you’re detail-oriented and passionate about governance, join us in protecting the integrity and reputation of CoinDCX. You will be mining through these tasks Monitor Transactions for Suspicious Activities: Continuously review and analyze transactions across the platform to identify potentially suspicious or unusual activities that could indicate money laundering, fraud, or other illicit activities. Conduct AML Investigations and Reporting: Perform thorough investigations on flagged transactions or accounts, document findings, and generate detailed reports for submission to the appropriate authorities. Ensure Regulatory Compliance: Stay updated on current AML and KYC regulations, ensuring that the exchange complies with all relevant laws and requirements to mitigate financial crime risks. User Onboarding and CDD Measures: Ensure a comprehensive understanding of user onboarding and KYC measures, including identity verification, address proof, and source-of-funds checks. Implement robust checks and balances to prevent suspicious accounts, utilizing tools such as video verification or field verification for high-risk users. Collaborate with Cross-Functional Teams: Work closely with other stakeholders to ensure the VDA exchange operates in compliance with AML standards and to implement any necessary corrective actions. Enhanced Due Diligence Measures: Conduct enhanced due diligence (EDD) for high-risk users, ensuring that user identities and transaction histories are properly validated according to AML/KYC policies. Understanding of Travel Rule Compliance: Ensure compliance with FATF’s Travel Rule for VDA transfers, including the management of Enhanced Due Diligence (EDD) requests for VDA transactions. Think Tank: Recommend and drive process changes and improvements to the existing transaction/trade surveillance model. Assist in creating, implementing, and continually improving internal AML and KYC policies and procedures. Ensure that these procedures align with industry standards and evolving regulatory requirements, effectively combating financial crimes. You need to be a HODLer of these Excellent communication skills Graduate and previous experience of minimum 1 year in a similar role.
