About the Role: We are looking for a proactive and detail-oriented Legal Executive with 1–3 years of post-qualification experience to join our in-house legal team. This role will involve handling a broad range of legal and compliance work, supporting commercial contracts, intellectual property, corporate governance, disputes, and regulatory research. Key Responsibilities: Contract Management: Draft, review, and negotiate a wide variety of commercial contracts including Non-Disclosure Agreements (NDAs), partnership agreements, marketing collaborations, SaaS and service agreements. Documentation & Compliance: Maintain legal trackers, organize document folders, and prepare documentation for management reporting and compliance checks. Role Description This is an on-site full-time role for a Compliance Analyst based in Bengaluru. The Compliance Analyst will be responsible for ensuring regulatory compliance across various jurisdictions, analyzing financial data, conducting audits, and ensuring all operations adhere to established guidelines. The analyst will also communicate compliance requirements and audits to relevant stakeholders and assist in the development of risk monitoring strategies. Responsibilities : ● Investigate complex AML cases involving blockchain transactions to detect money laundering and other illicit activities. ● Investigate and draft SARs for filing with FinCEN, NCA and FIU. ● Work on Name screening, Transaction Monitoring and EDD for high-risk users. ● Being the point of contact and providing compliance assistance to first-line analysts in relation to defined processes; ● Handle law enforcement requests (e.g., GDPR, legal inquiries) in line with regulatory obligations. ● Review FATF Travel Rule alerts and perform blockchain monitoring using relevant tools. ● Supporting Lead/ Manager with required ad-hoc tasks ● Support the MLRO, BSA Officer and Deputy MLRO with the approval of high-risk accounts and transactions; Your profile : ● Education: Bachelor’s degree in Law, Finance, Accounting, or a related field. ● Experience in Crypto Compliance or the AML domain is a must. ● Experience in preparing SARs is a must. ● You have a solid knowledge of compliance-related laws and regulations, in particular those relating to AML/CFT; ● You have exceptional communication skills in English, both oral and written.
