**Function:** Strategy, Product Ops, AI/Creative Tech Initiatives
We are building a next-gen AI platform that transforms how mobile game and app publishers create and scale ad creatives through automation and intelligence. As Chief of Staff to the Founder, you’ll be a strategic partner, execution driver, and product-minded operator helping us scale rapidly across AI, video generation, and advertising.
This role is ideal for a high-agency generalist with a strong product background, deep curiosity for AI-driven creative tooling, and an eagerness to operate in zero-to-one environments.
🧠 Strategic Planning & Execution
- Translate the founder’s vision into actionable OKRs and execution plans across product, GTM, and partnerships
- Drive mission-critical cross-functional projects—ranging from AI workflow pilots to enterprise onboarding processes
- Serve as a thought partner in identifying and prioritizing new product lines, markets, and tech directions
🛠 Product Strategy & Ops
- Work closely with Product, Design, and Engineering to define, track, and optimize internal processes and product experiments
- Own GTM readiness for new features and act as an internal "bridge" between customer needs and engineering velocity
- Deep-dive into usage data, customer feedback, and competitive benchmarks to drive strategic insights
🤝 Internal Alignment & Communication
- Run the weekly leadership cadence and ensure cross-functional accountability
- Create clear, data-backed updates for internal teams, founders, and investors
- Own internal documentation for strategic initiatives, launches, and key product bets
💡 AI, Video & Ad Tech Special Projects
- Manage end-to-end rollout of special projects like AI video editors, audio tagging tools, and MMP/API integrations
- Lead pilot engagements with key gaming clients to test new ad formats and creative workflows
- Stay ahead of industry trends in generative AI, creative automation, and performance advertising
📊 Investor & External Communication
- Support fundraising, investor updates, and external narrative building
- Create materials and data rooms for VCs, advisors, and strategic partners
- Coordinate external communications on product launches, client case studies, and partnerships
- 3+ years in product management, founder’s office, consulting, or similar generalist roles
- Strong product intuition with experience working on B2B SaaS, creative tools, or AI/ML products
- Bonus: background in adtech, gaming, or video creation platforms
- Exceptional analytical and storytelling skills – able to distill ambiguity into clarity
- Operates with speed, discretion, and a bias for execution
- Comfortable in high-context, high-autonomy roles directly supporting founders
