Human Resources (HR) Internship in Bangalore, Indira Nagar (Hybrid)

Selected Intern's Day-to-day Responsibilities Include Assist in recruitment processes, including posting job openings, reviewing resumes, and scheduling interviews. Support the onboarding process for new hires, including preparation of offer letters, documentation, and orientation. Help with employee record management and ensure the HR database is updated. Assist in coordinating employee engagement activities and training sessions. Assist with leave management, tracking employee leaves, and ensuring compliance with leave policies. Support vendor communication related to HR services and benefits. Assist in performance management and employee feedback processes.
