Product Manager

to lead critical 0→1 initiatives, blending Gen-AI, performance marketing, creative testing, and automation into products that redefine mobile UA.

Role Responsibilities

Own end-to-end product lifecycle from ideation → MVP → GTM → iterationPartner with design, engineering, and growth to ship impactful product features fastInterface directly with gaming studios and UA teams to understand creative workflowsPrioritize features based on business impact, technical feasibility, and user needsDefine clear roadmaps, write crisp PRDs, and run structured sprint planningCollaborate with internal stakeholders to align creative analytics, GenAI modules, and ad workflow automationLead data-informed decision making using product metrics, user feedback, and A/B testingShape long-term vision of the platform across UA intelligence, automation, and collaboration layers

Required Qualifications

3-5 years of experience as a Product Manager in a high-growth startupPrior experience in

AdTech, MarTech, Creative Automation, or Mobile UA

toolsStrong understanding of

performance marketing

workflows (Meta, TikTok, Unity Ads, etc.)Experience working with

SaaS

platforms, ideally in the B2B2C or API-first modelAbility to lead cross-functional teams, make fast decisions, and ship fastBonus: Exposure to

Gen-AI tools
