Product Manager

We are looking for a dynamic and strategic Product Manager who has prior experience as a project manager/PO and is eager to transition into a Product Manager role. The ideal candidate will have excellent communication skills, strong client-facing experience, and a structured approach to product development.

Roles & Responsibilities:

• Define and maintain the product roadmap and align it with business objectives.
• Prioritize features and enhancements based on business impact and customer needs.
• Work closely with development teams, UX designers, and stakeholders to ensure timely product delivery.
• Gather and analyze market trends, user feedback, and competitor insights to shape product decisions.
• Own the product backlog, write clear user stories, and ensure smooth sprint execution.
• Act as the primary point of contact for clients and internal stakeholders, ensuring clear and transparent communication.
• Collaborate with engineering teams to ensure technical feasibility and implementation of product features.
• Drive agile processes and ensure the team adheres to best practices in product management.
• If needed, lead the development of a product from scratch, defining its vision and strategy.

Knowledge on task breakdown, Delivery schedule ,Execution of the projects with tech team also good knowledge in logics of software development.

Qualification:

• Experience with at least 2 years as a Project Manager/PO
• Strong communication skills with clarity in speech and thought process
• expectationsProven experience in product roadmap planning and feature prioritization.
• Excellent client-facing experience and ability to manage stakeholder
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with a data-driven mindset.
