Product Manager

As a Product Manager at TEPL, you will be responsible for managing the entire product lifecycle from ideation and validation to launch and iteration using Agile methodologies. The role requires close collaboration with internal teams and external stakeholders to define, prioritize, and deliver digital learning and certification products. You should have strong product documentation and communication skills, including experience in spec writing, storytelling, and stakeholder engagement.

The ideal candidate is comfortable creating wireframes or guiding UI decisions, has proficiency with analytics tools (e.g., Google Analytics) to track product KPIs, and has exposure to web and mobile technologies, as well as AI concepts.

Experience You Should Bring

• 4-6 years of product management experience (EdTech preferred).
• Strong product documentation and communication skills, including spec writing, storytelling, and stakeholder engagement.
• Hands-on UX ability: comfortable creating wireframes or guiding UI decisions.
• Proficiency with analytics tools (e.g., Google Analytics) to track product KPIs.
• Exposure to web and mobile technologies, as well as AI concepts.
• Familiarity with Agile tools like Jira and working in cross-functional teams.
• Bachelors degree in a technical or business field.
