Experience You Should Bring Product, Domain, and Market Knowledge : Deep understanding of product features, benefits, domain, SME customers and Digital and Inside sales way of working. Strategic Thinking : Analyze market trends and customer needs and develop GTM strategies with clearly defined actionable and goals. Customer Focus : Ability to gather and interpret customer feedback and changing market conditions. Design practices to enhance the customer journey from awareness to support. Cross-functional Collaboration : Coordinate, manage and influence stakeholders in product, marketing, sales, and support teams. Influence decision-makers and gain buy-in. Sales Acumen : Good understanding of sales process and sales partner and field operations. Ability to develop strategies to drive business revenue and growth. Data-Driven Decision Making : Utilize data analytics to measure cost, cost margins, and profitability of programs and overall line of business. Define and track KPIs. Communication Skills : Develop simple and compelling messaging to highlight the operational challenges and present debottlenecking strategies and results effective. What You Will Be Doing Own Business Goals and Metrics : Set and track SMART metric and goals for both lead and lag measures, revenue, and profitability from Digital and Inside Sales engines. Design & Execute Growth and Productivity Programs : Develop market expansion and product launch initiatives, implement training, and process improvements, and resolve operational bottlenecks. Create GTM Strategies and Align Teams : Develop and execute go-to-market plans, align zonal teams and partners through communication and training, and foster cross-functional collaboration. Highlight Best Practices and Resolve Bottlenecks : Identify and share best practices and detect and resolve execution challenges. Realign Program Metrics to Objectives : Regularly assess and adjust KPIs, use feedback for continuous improvement, and report performance to senior management. Drive Customer Engagement : Develop customer acquisition and retention strategies, enhance customer satisfaction and interaction, use feedback to improve customer experiences, and manage the customer lifecycle.
