Job Description

Role Overview: You are sought after as a visionary Chief Marketing Officer (CMO) to steer the marketing function and propel growth in the FoodTech & E-commerce verticals. Your expertise in digital-first marketing, brand establishment, customer acquisition, and retention strategies tailored for the rapidly transforming Indian consumer landscape is paramount. Key Responsibilities: - Develop and execute a comprehensive marketing strategy in alignment with business goals. - Take charge of the marketing P&L to ensure optimal ROI across performance and brand spending. - Strengthen the company's presence in the Indian market through brand positioning and differentiation. - Implement customer-centric strategies by leveraging data insights and consumer behavior trends. - Establish a strong, consistent brand identity across digital, ATL, and BTL channels. - Enhance recall and loyalty through overseeing creative direction, brand storytelling, and campaigns. - Manage PR, media relations, influencer partnerships, and CSR-driven communication initiatives. - Lead digital marketing efforts encompassing SEO, SEM, paid media, social, affiliate, and influencer marketing. - Utilize analytics tools to optimize campaigns and enhance user experience. - Develop omni-channel customer acquisition strategies tailored to the Indian digital ecosystem. - Drive retention, repeat purchases, and LTV growth through CRM and loyalty programs. - Implement data-driven personalization and marketing automation initiatives. - Build, mentor, and lead a high-performing marketing team. - Foster a culture of innovation, agility, and accountability. - Collaborate cross-functionally with Product, Sales, Operations, and Finance teams. Qualification Required: - MBA/PGDM in Marketing, Business, or related field from a reputed institute preferred. - 12-20 years of marketing experience, with at least 5+ years in a senior leadership role. - Proven expertise in FoodTech, E-commerce, or Digital brands. - Strong understanding of Indian consumer behavior, regional nuances, and tier-wise marketing strategies. - Proficiency in digital marketing, growth hacking, and brand building. - Strategic mindset with a strong analytical approach. - Excellent leadership, communication, and stakeholder management skills. - Deep understanding of marketing automation tools, analytics platforms, and CRM systems. - Ability to blend creativity with data-driven decision-making. - Experience in scaling marketing operations in high-growth startups or large consumer brands.,
