Job Summary:
We are seeking an experienced MultiCloud Architect to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for designing, implementing, and managing complex multicloud environments that utilize services from providers such as AWS, Azure, Google Cloud, and others. The MultiCloud Architect will ensure scalability, reliability, security, and cost-efficiency across all cloud platforms.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in computer science, Information Technology, or a related field. Advanced degree preferred.
- Proven experience as a Cloud Architect or similar role, with a focus on multicloud environments.
- Expertise in one or more cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, Google Cloud, etc.).
- Strong understanding of cloud computing technologies, trends, and best practices.
- Experience with cloud migration and integration projects.
- Familiarity with DevOps practices and tools.
- Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to work under pressure.
- Strong communication skills, with the ability to explain complex concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
- Relevant certifications (e.g., AWS Certified Solutions Architect, Google Cloud Certified Architect, Microsoft Certified: Azure Solutions Architect Expert) are a plus.
Preferred Skills:
- Experience with containerization technologies such as Docker and Kubernetes.
- Knowledge of cloud security frameworks and practices.
- Understanding of networking and infrastructure as code (IaC) tools.
- Ability to manage and lead cross-functional teams.
Key Responsibilities:
- Design, implement and maintain multicloud architectures that meet business and technical requirements.
- Develop and maintain strategies for integrating multiple cloud platforms, ensuring seamless interoperability and data flow.
- Lead cloud migration projects, including assessments, planning, and execution for workloads moving to cloud
- Collaborate with stakeholders to identify cloud solutions that align with business goals.
- Optimize cloud resource utilization and implement costs control measures through monitoring and analysis.
- Ensure compliance and security in the cloud environment, including policy definition, RBAC/IAM, data protection, and regulatory adherence (e.g., HIPAA, GDPR).
- Establish best practices and governance policies for multicloud management.
- Troubleshoot and resolve issues related to cloud infrastructure and services.
- Stay updated with the latest trends and technologies in cloud computing.
- Evaluate and recommend new tools, services, and partners to support ongoing cloud maturity.
- . Act as a subject matter expert for cloud-related architecture decisions and mentor engineering teams and team members.
