Chief Financial Officer

Location: Hyderabad

Experience: Minimum 15 years, with at least 5 years in a senior finance leadership role in infrastructure, EPC, or allied sectors

Industry: Infrastructure Company Experience is Mandatory.

We are seeking a strategic and results-driven Chief Financial Officer (CFO) to join our leadership team in Hyderabad. This role involves driving the company’s financial planning, securing project financing, maintaining fiscal discipline, and ensuring compliance while supporting expansion across key infrastructure verticals.

Key Responsibilities:

Define and execute long-term financial strategy aligned with business goals.• Lead fund-raising initiatives including debt and equity financing for infrastructure projects under BOT, HAM, EPC, and PPP models.

• Oversee all core financial operations: budgeting, forecasting, accounting, taxation, treasury, and audits.

• Ensure full compliance with applicable financial regulations and statutory requirements (Companies Act, GST, Direct and Indirect Taxes, etc.).

• Drive risk management, internal controls, and robust corporate governance practices.

• Present timely, accurate financial reports and insights to the CEO and Board.

• Manage stakeholder relationships with banks, financial institutions, investors, auditors, and regulators.

• Build and lead a strong finance team, fostering continuous improvement and performance excellence.

Candidate Profile:

Chartered Accountant (CA) or MBA in Finance from a reputed institution.

• Minimum 15 years of relevant experience, with at least 5 years in a senior finance role within the infrastructure, construction, or EPC sector.

• Demonstrated success in raising capital and managing infrastructure project finances.

• Deep understanding of financial compliance, risk, and Indian regulatory frameworks.

• Strong leadership, strategic thinking, and communication skills.

Pay: ₹3,000,000.00 - ₹4,500,000.00 per year
