Job Title: Process Coordinator Location: Bandra West, Mumbai (Pr eferred candidates from Western line Railway ) Job Type: Full-time (Day Shift) Reporting To: Executive Assistant Role Overview: The Process Coordinator will play a key role in ensuring smooth day-to-day operations, bridging communication between departments, and maintaining efficiency across workflows. This role demands strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and the ability to streamline processes while maintaining high-quality standards. Key Responsibilities: 1. Process Management: Monitor and oversee daily operations to ensure adherence to company policies and standards. Identify bottlenecks and inefficiencies in workflows, proposing and implementing improvement strategies. 2. Coordination & Communication: Serve as the liaison between different departments for smooth communication and collaboration. Schedule and facilitate meetings to track project progress, address challenges, and share updates. 3. Documentation & Reporting: Maintain accurate and updated records of workflows, procedures, and process changes. Prepare detailed reports and presentations for management on performance metrics and improvement areas. 4. Training & Support: Support onboarding and process training for new team members. Provide assistance to staff in resolving process-related queries or challenges. 5. Quality Assurance: Conduct periodic audits to ensure compliance with established processes and quality standards. Recommend and implement process enhancements to improve productivity and efficiency. 6. Risk Management: Identify potential risks in operational workflows and recommend preventive measures. Collaborate with relevant teams to develop contingency plans for critical operations. Qualifications: Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Operations Management, or a related field. Proven experience in process coordination, operations, or similar roles. Strong organizational and multitasking skills. Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities. Proficiency in project management and productivity tools. Analytical mindset with strong attention to detail. Preferred Skills: Knowledge of Lean, Six Sigma, or other process improvement methodologies. Experience with ERP or workflow management systems.
