Chief Financial Officer

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead and oversee the end-to-end Finance & Accounts function, ensuring accuracy, compliance, and efficiency.
• Handle taxation, statutory compliance, audits, and financial finalization.
• Prepare and present financial statements in compliance with IND AS and regulatory requirements.
• Drive budgeting, forecasting, and financial planning processes.
• Ensure adherence to all statutory and regulatory requirements, including corporate governance.
• Coordinate effectively with external and internal stakeholders, including auditors, banks, and regulatory bodies.
• Provide financial insights and strategies to support business decision-making.
• Lead and mentor the finance team to enhance performance and accountability.

Requirements

• Chartered Accountant (CA), with strong expertise in finance, taxation, compliance, and audit.
• Prior experience with a listed entity, CA firm, or as a practicing CA.
• Proven track record of handling financial operations, compliance, and strategic planning.
• Strong knowledge of IND AS, financial regulations, and corporate governance.
• Experience in the jewellery industry preferred.
• Excellent leadership, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
