Chief Financial Officer

Essential Duties and Responsibilities

• Develop and implement financial strategies aligned with the companys vision, mission, and long-term objectives.
• Work closely with the executive leadership team to integrate financial planning into all business decisions.
• Oversee financial operations, including accounting, budgeting, forecasting, taxation, treasury, and audits.
• Ensure accuracy, transparency, and timeliness of financial reporting in compliance with Indian Accounting Standards (Ind AS), IFRS, and other regulatory requirements that includes Taxation ,GST and other related competencies applicable.
• Manage relationships with banks, investors, auditors, and regulatory bodies to secure funding and ensure compliance.
• Lead budgeting and cost-control initiatives to drive efficiency and improve margins across business verticals.
• Monitor working capital, liquidity, and cash flow, ensuring adequate resources for operations and growth.
• Oversee risk management, internal controls, and corporate governance frameworks.
• Provide strategic insights on business expansion, global taxation, transfer pricing, and cross-border financial operations.
• Mentor and develop finance teams to build a culture of accountability, compliance, and high performance.
• Partner with Sales, Marketing, and Operations teams to align financial goals with business objectives.
• Represent the company in key financial negotiations, investor meetings, and industry forums.

Specific Accountabilities

• Formulate financial policies and ensure their implementation across the organization.
• Develop financial models to analyze market trends, economic shifts, and business performance.
• Present periodic performance reports and forecasts to the Board and Chairperson.
• Optimize the company’s capital structure and funding strategies to support domestic and international growth.
• Safeguard the company’s assets through strong internal controls, audits, and risk mitigation strategies.
• Build and maintain investor confidence through transparent reporting and governance.
• Lead due diligence, valuations, and integration processes for mergers, acquisitions, and joint ventures.
• Guide the finance team in ERP systems(SAP), automation, and adoption of digital tools to improve accuracy and efficiency.
