Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Chief Financial Officer, located in Bengaluru. The Chief Financial Officer will be responsible for overseeing and managing the financial operations of the company. This includes developing financial strategies, preparing financial statements, financial planning, and financial reporting. The CFO will also be tasked with analyzing financial data and ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements and company policies.

  • Strategic Financial Leadership

    : Develop and execute financial strategies aligned with the company's growth objectives, ensuring profitability and long-term sustainability.
  • Financial Planning & Analysis

    : Oversee budgeting, forecasting, and financial modeling to support decision-making processes.
  • Financial Reporting

    : Ensure timely and accurate preparation of financial statements in compliance with regulatory standards.
  • Cash Flow & Working Capital Management

    : Monitor and manage cash flow, optimizing working capital to meet operational needs.
  • Risk Management

    : Identify financial risks and implement mitigation strategies to safeguard the company's assets.
  • Team Leadership

    : Lead and mentor the finance team, fostering a culture of continuous improvement and professional development.
  • Stakeholder Communication

    : Collaborate with senior management and external stakeholders to provide financial insights and support strategic initiatives.
Qualifications
  • Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, or a related field; MBA or CA preferred.
  • Minimum of 10 years of experience in financial management, with at least 5 years in a senior leadership role.
  • Proven track record in financial strategy development and execution.
  • Strong understanding of financial regulations and reporting standards.
  • Excellent analytical, communication, and interpersonal skills.
