Chief Financial Officer

Role Summary We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Chief Financial Officer (CFO) to lead the financial strategy and IPO execution process. This role will be critical in preparing the company for listing, managing financial compliance, reporting, and building investor confidence. 📈 Financial Management & Reporting Develop and monitor budgets, forecasts, and working capital. Oversee day-to-day financial operations, taxation, and internal audits. Present financial performance to promoters and board with data-driven insights. Ensure timely financial statements and MIS reports in line with statutory standards. ✅ Compliance & Risk Control Ensure compliance with SEBI ICDR, LODR, Companies Act, GST, TDS, and Income Tax. Establish and monitor internal controls, SOPs, and approval hierarchies. Support post-IPO compliance filings and investor relations documentation. 👥 Leadership & Collaboration Lead, mentor, and build the finance team with high accountability. Collaborate with Promoters, CEO, CS, Operations, and external consultants. Represent finance in strategic decisions and long-term planning. 🔶 Key Requirements 🎓 Qualifications Chartered Accountant (CA) – Mandatory MBA (Finance) from Tier I/II institute – Preferred Additional qualifications like CMA/CS/CPA – Advantage 💼 Experience Minimum 2–3 years in a senior leadership (CFO/Head of Finance) role Prior exposure to SME IPO or main board listing – Highly Preferred Experience in manufacturing or jewellery/retail sector – Preferred 🛠️ Skills Strong knowledge of SEBI, ICDR, Companies Act, Taxation, LODR Excellent command of financial modeling, budgeting, and capital planning Proficiency in Tally, Excel, SAP/Zoho, MCA/SEBI filing tools Strong leadership, ethical judgment, and communication skills 🔶 What We Offer Opportunity to lead the IPO journey of a growing jewellery brand Work closely with a respected promoter group and industry veterans Attractive compensation aligned with performance and listing success
