Role Description This is a full-time on-site role for a Head of Commercial at Hema Pharmaceuticals, located in Ankleshwar. The Head of Commercial will be responsible for overseeing business planning and commercial management, leading a commercial team, developing and implementing commercial strategies, ensuring financial efficiency, and analyzing market trends to make informed business decisions. Qualifications Strong Business Planning and Commercial Management skills Proven Analytical Skills Experience in Team Management Finance knowledge and proficiency Excellent communication and leadership skills Ability to work on-site in Ankleshwar Bachelor's or master's degree in Business, Finance, or a related field(MBA Preferred) Experience in the pharmaceutical industry is a plus
