Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Research and Development Officer, located in Ankleshwar. The Research and Development Officer will be responsible for conducting research, developing new products, and improving existing formulations. The role involves designing and executing experiments, analyzing data, and preparing technical reports. The officer will also collaborate with cross-functional teams, maintain laboratory equipment, and ensure compliance with safety and regulatory standards.

Qualifications

• Strong Analytical Skills and Laboratory Skills
• minimum 2 years of work experience
• Experience in Research and Development (R&D) and conducting scientific Research
• Excellent Communication skills for reporting and collaboration
• Attention to detail and problem-solving abilities
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Master's degree or higher in Chemistry, Pharmaceutical Sciences, or a related field
• Experience in pharmaceutical manufacturing is a plus
