Job Description

Conduct research to develop new products, materials, or technologies aligned with the companys goals.
Analyze and improve existing products and processes for enhanced performance, quality, and cost-efficiency.
Design experiments, collect and analyze data, and report findings.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams (engineering, marketing, production, etc.) to support product development from concept to commercialization.
Stay updated with industry trends, emerging technologies, and competitor products.
Ensure compliance with industry standards, regulations, and internal quality control procedures.
Prepare technical reports, documentation, and presentations for internal stakeholders.
Support patent applications and IP development when applicable.
