Title: CFO -FINANCE Location: Dubai Experience required: 10 to 20 years Work Mode: Work from office, 6 days working R oles & Responsibilitie Assisting with high-level, company-wide decisions about policy and strategy Ensure that all legal and regulatory documents are filed correctly and in good time Taking steps to make sure that your company is compliant with all legal and regulatory conditions Supervising financial reporting and budgeting teams to guarantee close cooperation Working with other C-level executives, such as the CMO, CEO, and COO, to develop a long term strategic plan for your business Reviewing financial reports and attempting to cut costs whenever possible Identifying potential risks and opportunities for the company, and creating presentations about those risks and opportunities to brief the other top-level executives Oversee the company’s financial activity, which includes reporting, auditing, and budgeting Implement robust financial controls and reporting systems to enhance transparency and accountability across the organization .Oversee budgeting processes, ensuring accurate forecasts and variance analyses to support decision-making. Provide insightful analysis of financial performance, crafting reports that guide executive decision-making. Evaluate and mitigate financial risks while identifying growth opportunities in new and existing markets. Manage relationships with external auditors, banks, and financial institutions to optimize funding and investment opportunities .Lead the financial strategy and planning to ensure alignment with the company’s long-term goals and objectives .Collaborate with other departments to integrate financial perspectives into strategic planning and operational execution. Lead and mentor the finance team, fostering a culture of continuous improvement and professional development .Ensure compliance with financial regulations and standards, safeguarding the company against legal risks .Drive cost management initiatives to improve operational efficiency without compromising quality. Desired Candidate Profile Master’s degree in Finance, Accounting, or a related field is preferred, demonstrating a strong academic foundation. Professional certifications such as CPA, CFA, or CMA are highly regarded, showcasing advanced financial expertise .A minimum of 10 years of progressive finance experience, with at least 5 years in a senio r leadership role in UAE .Industry experience in sectors such as Retail,Food etc. Proven track record of managing large financial teams, demonstrating effective leadership and mentoring capabilities. Strong analytical skills, with proficiency in financial modeling and performance metrics to drive business strategy .Exceptional communication abilities to convey complex financial concepts to diverse stakeholders. Fluency in English is required, with knowledge of additional languages being a significant advantage in multinational contexts.
