About the Role: We're seeking a strategic CFO to lead our finance function and partner closely with founders to scale our ecommerce startup.

Key Responsibilities:

• Oversee all financial operations including accounting, budgeting, forecasting, and reporting
• Lead and develop a team of 4 finance professionals
• Partner with founders on strategic planning, fundraising, and investor relations
• Manage cash flow, financial modeling, and unit economics optimization
• Establish financial controls, compliance frameworks, and reporting systems
• Drive KPI tracking and provide actionable insights for business decisions
• Support fundraising efforts and maintain investor communications

Requirements:

• 7+ years finance experience, with 3+ years in leadership roles
• Proven track record in ecommerce, DTC, or high-growth startups
• Strong grasp of marketplace/ecommerce metrics (CAC, LTV, contribution margin, etc.)
• Experience scaling finance operations and building teams
• Excellent communication skills with ability to translate financials for non-finance stakeholders
• Hands-on, collaborative approach with founder-level strategic thinking
• CPA, CFA, or MBA preferred

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹50,000.00 - ₹90,000.00 per month
