Job Title: Chief Financial Officer (CFO)
Job Summary:
We are seeking an experienced CFO to lead the finance function of our manufacturing company with a turnover of ₹100 cr. The ideal candidate will have a strong financial background, excellent leadership skills, and experience in managing financial planning, accounting, and compliance.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage financial planning, budgeting, and forecasting
- Oversee accounting, taxation, and statutory compliance
- Ensure timely financial reporting and analysis
- Manage cash flow, working capital, and funding
- Drive cost optimization and profitability
- Lead audit and risk management
- Collaborate with operations and sales teams
Requirements:
- CA/ICWA qualification
- 8-10 years of experience in finance, with at least 3 years in a senior role
- Experience in manufacturing industry preferred
- Strong financial planning and analysis skills
- Excellent leadership and communication skills
