We are looking for a dynamic and highly experienced Chief Finance Officer (CFO) to lead our financial strategy, strengthen financial governance, and drive business growth. The ideal candidate will have strong expertise in financial planning, compliance, budget management, and strategic decision-making.

KEY RESPONSIBILITY

• Develop and execute the company's financial strategy aligned with business goals.
• Lead all financial and accounting operations, including budgeting, forecasting, and audits.
• Monitor cash flow, financial performance, and financial risk management.
• Ensure compliance with statutory regulations, tax laws, and corporate governance frameworks.
• Oversee financial reporting, MIS, and presentations for management and board reviews.
• Manage investor relations, banking relationships, and fundraising activities.
• Implement internal controls and process improvements for financial efficiency.
• Lead and mentor the finance team across all verticals.
• Evaluate investment opportunities, cost-saving measures, and profitability improvements.
• Support long-term strategic planning and business expansion initiatives.

Qualification and Skills

• Chartered Accountant (CA) / MBA Finance (Preferred CA).
• 1520 years of progressive experience in finance leadership roles.
• Strong understanding of accounting standards, tax laws, and compliance.
• Proven experience in financial planning, risk management, and business strategy.
• Excellent analytical, communication, negotiation, and leadership skills.
• Experience in handling audits, financial restructuring, and investor management.
