Chief Financial Officer

Key Responsibilities

• Lead

  financial strategy, planning, and budgeting

  across hospitals, vision centres, and programmes.
• Oversee

  accounts, book closure, consolidation, and financial reporting

  .
• Ensure compliance with

  Income Tax, GST, TDS, FCRA

  , and other non-profit regulations.
• Manage

  statutory, internal, and donor audits

  and ensure timely closure of audit points.
• Strengthen

  internal controls, financial SOPs, and ERP / accounting systems

  .
• Oversee

  cash flow, treasury, and banking relationships

  .
• Support management and Board with

  MIS, analysis, and decision support

  .
• Lead and develop the

  finance team

  across locations.

Preferred candidate profile

• CA

  with

  15-25 years

  of experience.
• Strong experience in

  accounting, taxation, audits, and financial controls

  .
• Prior exposure to

  NGO / Trust / Section 8 / healthcare / hospital

  sector preferred.
• Experience in

  FCRA

  , grant accounting, and donor reporting will be a significant advantage.
• Strong analytical skills, systems orientation, and ability to work with senior leadership.
• Willingness to work in

  rural Bihar

  with periodic travel to other centers.
