The Role – Key Objectives:

Lead the Organisation into its next phase of digital growth, aiming to double turnover year-over-year.

Drive transformation through digital technologies, IoT, AI-based analytics, automation, and cloud-based energy systems.

Expand domestic and international presence through strategic partnerships and innovation.

Develop and lead a future-ready organization with high-performance culture and agile execution.

Key Responsibilities:

Provide strategic and digital leadership to reengineer legacy EPC practices using smart technologies.

Spearhead implementation of Digital Substations, SCADA, AMI, EMS, IoT-based monitoring, and real-time data analytics platforms.

Guide product and solution strategy around AI-driven load forecasting, grid analytics, and distributed energy resource management (DERM).

Build capabilities for smart infrastructure execution, including:

Smart meters, fault location systems (FPI)

Substation automation (IEC-61850)

Remote operation & control of grid assets

Oversee financial performance, risk management, and business growth.

Strengthen customer and stakeholder relationships—especially with utilities, state regulators, and global technology players.

Lead technology partnerships with OEMs, software providers, and system integrators in digital energy space.

Create a collaborative and innovation-driven culture within the organization.

Candidate Profile:

Educational Background:

B.Tech/B.E. in Electrical / Electronics / Computer Science / Instrumentation / IT

MBA or equivalent leadership education preferred

Experience:

Minimum 20+ years in the Power sector with at least 5 years in CXO / P&L / Profit Centre role.

Proven experience leading digital transformation or smart infrastructure projects.

Hands-on leadership in:

Smart Grid & AMI

EMS/DMS platforms

SCADA/RTU/PLCs/IoT deployment

Integration of renewables (solar, BESS)

Exposure to international utilities, regulators, or donor-funded digital energy projects is a plus.

Competencies:
