Job Description

We are looking for a skilled Chef De Cuisine to join our team at Hyatt Regency, with 7-12 years of experience in the culinary industry. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in Western cuisine and excellent cooking skills.


Roles and Responsibility
  • Prepare and cook high-quality dishes according to recipes and presentation standards.
  • Manage kitchen operations, including food preparation, cooking, and service.
  • Develop menus and recipes to ensure variety and creativity in dining experiences.
  • Collaborate with other chefs and staff to achieve culinary excellence.
  • Maintain a clean and organized kitchen environment, adhering to health and safety regulations.
  • Ensure timely delivery of orders and maintain high customer satisfaction.

Job Requirements
  • Proven experience as a Chef De Cuisine or similar role in a reputable establishment.
  • Strong knowledge of Western cuisine, including menu planning and recipe development.
  • Excellent cooking skills, with attention to detail and ability to work under pressure.
  • Ability to manage kitchen operations, including inventory management and staff supervision.
  • Strong communication and teamwork skills, with the ability to work effectively with others.
  • Familiarity with kitchen equipment and technology, including point-of-sale systems.
