About the Role

UK Textiles is looking for a mid-level Chartered Accountant to independently handle accounting, compliance, costing, export finance, and banking documentation. The ideal candidate will ensure accurate financial reporting, strong statutory compliance, and smooth financial operations as we scale.

Key Responsibilities

1. Accounting & Financial Management

• Manage day-to-day accounting, ledger review, monthly closing, and finalization of books.
• Prepare monthly Profit & Loss, Balance Sheet, Cash Flow, and MIS reports.
• Conduct variance analysis and provide insights to management.

2. Statutory Compliance

• Handle GST, TDS, PF/ESI, and all monthly/annual statutory filings.
• Ensure timely statutory payments and reconciliation of returns.
• Coordinate with auditors for internal, statutory, and tax audits.

3. Costing & Manufacturing Finance

• Prepare product costing, overhead analysis, and cost sheets for garment production.
• Analyse fabric, print, embroidery, and finishing costs.
• Support pricing decisions with accurate cost data.

4. Export Finance & Banking Documentation

• Manage packing credit, bill discounting, EDPMS/IDPMS closure, and export documentation follow-up.
• Prepare banking documents for shipments, LC/BG/EMD when required.
• Liaise with banks for renewals, limits, and finance requirements.

5. Payables, Receivables & Cash Flow

• Supervise vendor payments, credit cycles, and debit note reconciliation.
• Monitor receivables, buyer payments, and follow up with the Merchandising team.
• Prepare weekly cash flow planning for smooth operations.

6. Controls & Process Improvement

• Implement and strengthen financial controls and SOPs.
• Ensure accuracy, transparency, and discipline in all finance processes.
• Support ERP/automation improvements in finance modules.

Required Skills & Qualifications

• Qualified Chartered Accountant (CA) – Mandatory.
• 2–4 years experience, preferably in manufacturing/export companies.
• Strong working knowledge of Tally / ERP, GST law, TDS, bank finance, and costing.
• Excellent analytical skills, ownership mindset, and ability to work independently.
• Good communication and team coordination skills.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹45,000.00 - ₹60,000.00 per month
