Chartered Financial Analyst

You will play a central role in strengthening the finance & analytics foundation for Artium by taking charge of business reporting. Reporting to the Founder, you will be part of the strategy execution team, collaborating closely internally and with external stakeholders. Your responsibilities will include ensuring accurate, complete, and up-to-date financial and business data, as well as implementing and maintaining efficient business processes and systems for impactful management decision making. **Key Responsibilities:** - Work closely with the Founders on business planning and strategic initiatives - Analyze and report company performance metrics - Oversee aspects of company law, compliance, and internal controls - Collaborate cross-functionally to collect, decode, and present data for decision-making **Qualifications Required:** - At least 1+ years of relevant experience in handling data for mid-sized organizations - MBA (Finance)/ CA or CFA level II will be most preferred education credentials - Open to work as an Individual Contributor - Expert level MS Office proficiency with knowledge of BI tools - Ability to create storyboards and excellent PPT skills for presentations - Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills - Ability to tackle complex problems & break them into relevant & actionable insights - Great collaborative skills and ability to form trusting relationships within a large organization At Artium Academy, you will be part of a movement that fuses music, education, and innovation.
