Senior HR Manager

As a Senior HR Manager in the Garment Manufacturing industry based in Tirupur, Tamil Nadu, you will be responsible for overseeing various aspects of HR operations to ensure the smooth functioning of the workforce. With a salary ranging from 50,000 to 80,000 per month, negotiable based on your experience level of 8-15 years in the field, this role offers a challenging yet rewarding opportunity in the Garment Manufacturing, Textile, and Export sector. Your key responsibilities will include managing workforce and attendance through the implementation of biometric tracking and strict discipline measures. You will also be tasked with overseeing performance management by introducing KRA and KPI-based salary increments. Moreover, you will play a crucial role in HR automation and ERP integration to enhance reporting and dashboards efficiency. Additionally, your role will involve providing training and guidance to HR Assistants while ensuring policy enforcement. Ideal candidates for this position should possess 8-15 years of HR experience in a garment factory or labor-intensive industry. You should have a proven track record of setting up and implementing structured HR systems. Proficiency in Tamil is preferred, while knowledge of Hindi is considered an added advantage.
