Chartered Accountant

• Position Overview

We are seeking an experienced and meticulous Chartered Accountant (CA) who will play a critical role in managing the company’s financial health, regulatory compliance, and IPO readiness. The ideal candidate will lead financial planning, statutory audits, tax strategies, and ensure that REL maintains its financial integrity while scaling to new heights.

• Key Responsibilities

Financial Management & Reporting

Prepare and analyze quarterly, half-yearly, and annual financial statements as per Indian Accounting Standards (Ind-AS).

Ensure timely and accurate closure of books of accounts, including monthly MIS and variance reports.

• Audit & Internal Controls

Lead statutory audits, internal audits, and tax audits as per prevailing regulations.

Ensure robust internal control systems and risk management protocols across financial processes.

• Taxation & Compliance

Oversee direct and indirect tax matters including GST, TDS, Advance Tax, and Transfer Pricing.

Ensure timely filing of returns, assessments, and compliance with all tax laws and amendments.

Support strategic financial planning, cost optimization, and CAPEX evaluation.

• SOPs & Best Practices

Develop and enforce SOPs for all accounting and financial processes (invoicing, purchase, payroll, etc.).

Maintain books of accounts in compliance with Companies Act, GST laws, and internal governance.

Evaluate ERP/Accounting software utilization and drive automation where feasible.

Team Collaboration & Leadership

Lead and mentor a team of accountants and finance executives.

Collaborate cross-functionally with procurement, operations, and management teams.

• Export & Import Documentation

Submission of Documents to Bank for Collection of Export & Payment for

Import

• Booking Forward Contract against Import & Export

Manage Cash Flow

Processing of Other Import Payment

Submission of LC Documents for Collection

Coordinating Bank for All Banking

Transactions Like Export, Import, LC, Bank

Charges, FD, BG

Ageing Report of Export & Import

• Qualifications

Qualified Chartered Accountant (CA) with minimum 5 years post-qualification experience.

Experience in manufacturing or engineering industries preferred.

Strong understanding of Ind-AS, GST, Companies Act, and Income Tax.

Proficiency in Tally ERP, SAP, or similar accounting software.

Analytical thinker with attention to detail and ethical integrity.
