Chartered Accountant

Urgent Requirement of CHARTED ACCOUNTANT ( C.A ) for manufacturing industry

Job Summary:

We are seeking a detail-oriented and experienced Chartered Accountant to manage and oversee financial operations at our manufacturing unit. The ideal candidate will be responsible for financial planning, cost analysis, budgeting, audits, compliance, and ensuring accurate financial reporting to support business decisions.

Key Responsibilities:

Prepare and maintain accurate financial statements, balance sheets, and profit & loss accounts.

Manage budgeting, forecasting, and variance analysis to support cost control and profitability.

Conduct cost accounting, including product costing, overhead allocation, and variance analysis.

Ensure statutory compliance with taxation (GST, TDS, Income Tax, etc.) and other regulatory requirements.

Handle internal and external audits, ensuring transparency and accuracy in financial records.

Monitor working capital, cash flow management, and fund utilization.

Analyze financial performance and provide strategic recommendations to management.

Implement effective internal controls to safeguard company assets.

Liaise with banks, financial institutions, auditors, and regulatory authorities.

Support management in financial planning for expansion, capital investments, and project feasibility.

Key Skills & Competencies:

Strong knowledge of accounting standards, taxation laws, and compliance regulations.

Expertise in cost accounting and financial analysis specific to manufacturing operations.

Proficiency in accounting software (Tally, SAP, ERP systems).

Analytical mindset with problem-solving abilities.

Strong communication and interpersonal skills.

High level of integrity, accuracy, and attention to detail.

Qualifications & Experience:

Chartered Accountant (CA) certification is mandatory.

3–6 years of experience in accounting/finance, preferably in the manufacturing industry.

Sound knowledge of cost management, inventory accounting, and financial planning.
