Chartered Accountant

We are looking for a qualified Chartered Accountant to manage our finance, taxation, and compliance functions at our Guwahati office.Key Responsibilities:Accounting & Finance•Maintain books of accounts and ensure accuracy as per statutory requirements•Prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements•Manage cash flow, budgeting, forecasting, and MIS reports•Oversee accounts payable, receivable, and bank reconciliationsTaxation & Compliance•Handle GST compliance (returns, reconciliations, audits, notices)•Manage Income Tax filings, TDS returns, and assessments•Ensure compliance with Companies Act, statutory audits, and regulatory filings•Coordinate with tax authorities, auditors, and consultantsAudit & Controls•Manage internal and statutory audits•Implement financial controls and risk mitigation processes•Ensure timely closure of audit observationsBusiness & Management Support•Support management with financial analysis and decision-making•Assist in project costing, feasibility analysis, and financial planning•Liaise with banks for loans, working capital limits, and documentationEligibility & Qualifications•Qualified Chartered Accountant (CA) from ICAI2–6 years of relevant post-qualification experience•Strong knowledge of GST, Income Tax, and accounting standards•Experience in real estate, infrastructure, logistics, or warehousing preferred•Proficiency in accounting software (Tally / ERP / Excel)Key Skills Required•Strong analytical and problem-solving skills•Attention to detail and high level of accuracy•Good communication and coordination skills•Ability to work independently and handle multiple entities/projectsSalary & BenefitsSalary: As per industry standards and experiencePerformance-based incentivesLong-term growth opportunity within the organizationHow to ApplyInterested candidates may send their resume to:📧 jagatiharsh@gmail.com📞 8811021223
