Location: Guwahati, Assam Employment Type: Full-time (On-site) About the Company We are a growing business group engaged in real estate / warehousing / manufacturing, with operations in Assam and the North-East region. We are looking for a qualified Chartered Accountant to manage our finance, taxation, and compliance functions at our Guwahati office. Key Responsibilities: Accounting & Finance •Maintain books of accounts and ensure accuracy as per statutory requirements •Prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements •Manage cash flow, budgeting, forecasting, and MIS reports •Oversee accounts payable, receivable, and bank reconciliations Taxation & Compliance •Handle GST compliance (returns, reconciliations, audits, notices) •Manage Income Tax filings, TDS returns, and assessments •Ensure compliance with Companies Act, statutory audits, and regulatory filings •Coordinate with tax authorities, auditors, and consultants Audit & Controls •Manage internal and statutory audits •Implement financial controls and risk mitigation processes •Ensure timely closure of audit observations Business & Management Support •Support management with financial analysis and decision-making •Assist in project costing, feasibility analysis, and financial planning •Liaise with banks for loans, working capital limits, and documentation Eligibility & Qualifications •Qualified Chartered Accountant (CA) from ICAI 2–6 years of relevant post-qualification experience •Strong knowledge of GST, Income Tax, and accounting standards •Experience in real estate, infrastructure, logistics, or warehousing preferred •Proficiency in accounting software (Tally / ERP / Excel) Key Skills Required •Strong analytical and problem-solving skills •Attention to detail and high level of accuracy •Good communication and coordination skills •Ability to work independently and handle multiple entities/projects Salary & Benefits Salary: As per industry standards and experience Performance-based incentives Long-term growth opportunity within the organization How to Apply Interested candidates may send their resume to: 📧 jagatiharsh@gmail.com 📞 8811021223
