Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role for a Chartered Accountant based in Pune. The Chartered Accountant will handle tasks such as financial planning and analysis, tax compliance, audit preparation, and financial reporting. Responsibilities will include ensuring adherence to accounting standards, developing budgets, reviewing financial transactions, and identifying cost reduction opportunities. Collaboration with cross-functional teams is anticipated, along with providing strategic insights to support organizational goals.

Qualifications

Strong expertise in Financial Planning, Budgeting, and Analysis
Proficiency in Taxation and Compliance, including local tax laws and reporting standards
Experience in Auditing and Financial Reporting
Capability to manage Accounting and Cost Management activities
Excellent problem-solving, attention to detail, and organizational skills
Advanced knowledge of accounting standards (e.g., IFRS/GAAP) and financial tools
Chartered Accountant qualification with relevant certifications
Advanced skills in financial software and Microsoft Excel
Experience in the BFSI or technology sector is a plus
