Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Sales Manager located in Pune. The Sales Manager will be responsible for developing and executing sales strategies, building and maintaining customer relationships, identifying new business opportunities, and achieving sales targets. The role will involve collaborating with marketing, product management, and other teams to ensure alignment on sales initiatives. Additionally, the Sales Manager will be responsible for preparing sales reports, forecasts, and managing the sales pipeline.

Qualifications

• Proven experience in Sales Management and Business Development
• Strong understanding of the BFSI, insurance, and government sectors
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills
• Ability to develop and execute sales strategies
• Experience in managing customer relationships and sales pipelines
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Familiarity with AI/ML, RPA, Cloud, and Big Data technologies is a plus
• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related field
• Must be From Pune
• Salary Range-Depends on Interview
• Ex-Min 2 years
