Role Description This is a full-time on-site role for a Sales Manager located in Pune. The Sales Manager will be responsible for developing and executing sales strategies, building and maintaining customer relationships, identifying new business opportunities, and achieving sales targets. The role will involve collaborating with marketing, product management, and other teams to ensure alignment on sales initiatives. Additionally, the Sales Manager will be responsible for preparing sales reports, forecasts, and managing the sales pipeline. About the Role: We are looking for a qualified and motivated Chartered Accountant (CA) with 12 years of post-qualification experience to join our team in Pune. The ideal candidate should have hands-on experience in Audit, Income Tax, and GST , with a keen eye for detail and a commitment to accuracy and compliance. Key Responsibilities: Conduct statutory, internal, and tax audits as per applicable standards. Handle Income Tax filings, assessments, and related compliances. Manage GST returns, reconciliations, and compliance matters. Assist in financial reporting, MIS, and balance sheet finalization. Ensure compliance with accounting standards, laws, and internal policies. Coordinate with clients, auditors, and authorities for financial and tax matters. Provide analytical insights to support business decisions. Key Skills & Competencies: Strong knowledge of Audit, Income Tax, and GST regulations. Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills. Proficiency in Tally / ERP systems and MS Excel. Attention to detail with a commitment to timelines. Ability to work independently and in a team environment. Eligibility Criteria: CA Qualification from ICAI (1–2 years post-qualification experience). Semi Qualified CA will be the second prority.
