About Us:

Betaque Solutions is committed to delivering excellence by combining accuracy,

compliance, and strategic financial management. We are seeking a highly skilled and

detail-oriented Chartered Accountant with at least 2 years of post-qualification experience

to manage our complete accounting operations, payroll processing, compliance with

IT regulations, and audit functions. This role demands someone who is not just

technically sound but also proactive in implementing process improvements and ensuring

financial discipline.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Accounting & Financial Management

● Manage end-to-end accounting processes including bookkeeping, reconciliations,

general ledger maintenance, accounts payable, and accounts receivable.

● Prepare, review, and finalize monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements as

per applicable accounting standards.

● Oversee cash flow management, expense tracking, and financial reporting to support

business decision-making.

2. Payroll Administration

● Handle complete payroll processing ensuring accuracy in employee salary

calculations, statutory deductions (PF, ESIC, PT, etc.), and timely disbursement.

● Maintain payroll records and ensure compliance with labor laws and statutory

requirements.

● Coordinate with HR to address payroll-related queries and maintain confidentiality of

employee data.

3. IT Regulations & Tax Compliance

● Ensure timely and accurate filing of Income Tax, GST, TDS, and other statutory

returns.

● Monitor changes in IT regulations and ensure organizational compliance.

● Liaise with tax authorities and manage tax assessments, notices, and related

matters.

4. Audit & Compliance

● Lead internal and statutory audits, ensuring all documentation and reports are

accurate and audit-ready.

● Implement internal controls and risk management measures to protect company

assets.

● Maintain compliance with company policies, industry regulations, and applicable

laws.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

● Qualified Chartered Accountant (CA) with 2+ years of post-qualification experience.

● Proven experience in accounting, payroll, IT regulations, and audits.

● Proficiency in accounting software such as Tally, Zoho, or QuickBooks, along with

advanced MS Excel skills.

● Strong analytical, organizational, and time-management abilities.

● Excellent communication and interpersonal skills for effective collaboration.
