Job Description

Job Summary:

We are seeking a highly skilled and detail-oriented Chartered Accountant (CA) to join our finance team. The ideal candidate will manage financial records, ensure compliance with statutory regulations, and provide strategic insights to support business decisions. The CA will play a key role in financial planning, auditing, taxation, and reporting.

Key Responsibilities:

Financial Accounting & Reporting:

Prepare, review, and maintain accurate financial statements in accordance with applicable accounting standards (e.g., IFRS, IND AS, GAAP).
Manage the general ledger, journal entries, and account reconciliations.

Financial Planning & Analysis:

Assist in budgeting, forecasting, and financial modeling.
Analyze financial performance, identify trends, and provide actionable recommendations to management.

Treasury & Risk Management:

Monitor cash flow, banking operations, and working capital.
Evaluate financial risks and suggest mitigation strategies.

Other Responsibilities:

Liaise with regulatory authorities and external stakeholders as required.
Implement and improve accounting systems and processes for efficiency.

Skills & Competencies:

Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
Proficiency in accounting software (Tally, SAP, Oracle, QuickBooks, etc.) and MS Office (Excel, PowerPoint).
