Job Title: Sr. Executive / Assistant Manager Accounts

Qualification: Chartered Accountant (CA – Mandatory)

Key Responsibilities*

1. Income Tax & TDS Compliance

Ensure timely monthly payment of TDS.

Handle quarterly TDS reconciliation and 26AS reconciliation.

Prepare and assist in drafting Tax Audit Report and related workings.

2. Goods & Service Tax (GST)

Manage RCM compliance and related documentation.

Validate Monthly GSTR-1 and GSTR-3B returns.

Compile and analyze data in response to GST notices.

3. Financial Statements & Audit

Conduct scrutiny of trial balance and ensure accuracy of accounts.

Oversee quarterly book closure and period locking.

Prepare financial statements and coordinate with statutory and internal auditors.

4. Routine Accounting Operations

Verify day-to-day accounting entries and ensure compliance.

Manage E-Invoicing compliance and related filings.

Review inward remittance documents for accuracy.

Handle branch transfer and branch control account reconciliations.

Verify documents before submission to statutory departments.

Desired Candidate Profile

Qualified Chartered Accountant (CA) – Mandatory.

1–2 years of post-qualification experience in accounts, taxation, and compliance.

Sound understanding of Income Tax, GST, and Financial Accounting.

Strong analytical, organizational, and problem-solving skills.

Proficiency in MS Excel, Tally, and accounting ERP systems.

Excellent attention to detail and ability to meet deadlines.
