About The Role
We are seeking a dynamic and result-oriented
Channel Partner Acquisition Manager
with strong experience in
ICP (Independent Channel Partner)
or
CP (Channel Partner)
development, onboarding, and relationship management. The ideal candidate should have a strong network within the real estate, F&B, franchising, or lifestyle domain and be able to scale FashionTV’s partner ecosystem across India.
Key Responsibilities
- Identify, recruit, and onboard channel partners, ICPs, and business associates across multiple regions.
- Develop and execute strategic plans for partner acquisition, engagement, and retention.
- Build long-term relationships with builders, developers, brokers, IPCs, and investors for partnership opportunities.
- Represent the FashionTV brand at meetings, expos, and networking events with potential channel partners.
- Collaborate with internal teams (marketing, sales, projects) to ensure smooth partner onboarding and business activation.
- Conduct market research and competitor analysis to identify potential partnership avenues.
- Drive performance metrics and report progress to senior management.
Requirements
Must-Have:
- Minimum 3–6 years of experience in Channel Partner / ICP acquisition and management.
- Strong network and relationships with Pan-India developers, brokers, and real estate professionals.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
- Experience in business expansion, franchising, or investment-based sales.
- Proficiency in CRM tools and MS Office applications.
- Self-driven and result-oriented with leadership qualities.
Preferred
- Experience in F&B, retail, franchising, or real estate channel development.
- Knowledge of end-to-end onboarding and channel lifecycle management.
- Mumbai-based candidates preferred (on-site role at Santacruz).
