Channel Sales Specialist

As a Channel Sales Manager, your primary responsibility will be to identify and recruit new channel partners, such as real estate agencies and brokers, in order to expand our sales network. You will be expected to develop and implement channel sales strategies that are in line with our business objectives and contribute to revenue growth. Additionally, you will play a key role in training and supporting channel partners on our property offerings, sales techniques, and marketing tools. Monitoring market trends and competitor activities will be a crucial aspect of your role, as it will help you identify new opportunities for channel sales. Collaboration with the marketing team to create promotional materials and campaigns tailored for channel partners will also be part of your responsibilities. Furthermore, you will be required to prepare regular reports on sales activities, partner performance, and market trends to present to senior management. To excel in this role, you should hold a Bachelor's or Master's degree in Business or Marketing and have 2-6 years of experience in channel sales management, particularly within the real estate sector. A proven track record of driving sales growth through partnerships and channel management is essential. A strong understanding of the real estate market, including its trends, challenges, and opportunities, will also be beneficial. Your success in this position will rely on your excellent negotiation, communication, and interpersonal skills.
