Customer Experience via Partners
● Consistent delivery of Vianaar’s hospitality-led client experience through partners.
● Positive feedback from clients acquired via channel partners.
Technology & Reporting
● efficient use of lead hero and analytics tools for partner management and pipeline tracking.
● regular reporting on partner performance, revenue contribution, and conversion metrics.
Market Development & Insights
● Identification of new distribution opportunities, alliances, and partnerships.
● Insights provided to leadership on market and partner trends.
