Role Overview

We are seeking an enthusiastic and proactive Channel Sales Executive to expand our sales footprint across Maharashtra. The role focuses on identifying, onboarding, and managing channel partners, resellers, and distributors who can promote and sell DhruvCRM products in retail and B2B markets.

This position is ideal for someone who enjoys networking, relationship building, and driving business growth through partners.

Key Responsibilities

Identify, evaluate, and onboard new channel partners across Maharashtra.

Build and maintain strong relationships with resellers, distributors, and referral partners.

Train and educate partners on DhruvCRM product offerings, pricing, and sales process.

Work closely with partners to drive lead generation, joint sales activities, and business growth.

Conduct field visits and periodic partner meetings across major cities and districts in Maharashtra.

Monitor partner performance and support them in achieving sales targets.

Provide partners with marketing materials, product demos, and sales support.

Ensure proper communication and coordination between partners and internal teams (pre-sales, support, onboarding).

Maintain detailed reports on partner engagement, sales pipeline, and revenue contribution.

Achieve monthly and quarterly channel sales targets.

Required Skills

Excellent communication, networking & relationship-building skills.

Strong presentation and training abilities.

Ability to travel extensively within Maharashtra.

Good understanding of retail & B2B markets (software/SaaS knowledge is a plus).

Self-driven, positive attitude, and strong negotiation skills.

Comfortable working with CRM tools, mobile apps, and MS Office/Google Workspace.

Eligibility

Any Graduate / Post Graduate.

Experience: 0–2 years.

Freshers with great communication skills and passion for sales are welcome.

Prior experience in IT/SaaS channel sales, FMCG distribution, POS/DMS/SFA domain is an added advantage.
