Job Description

Key Responsibilities (for both roles):

Present company products/services to potential clients across industry verticals.
Build and maintain a healthy business pipeline to achieve sales targets (monthly/quarterly/annual).
Engage in direct sales, lead generation, and client conversion.
Assist in defining effective marketing and pricing strategies.
Represent BSCIC in trade shows and industry events for brand enhancement.
Prepare tailored sales proposals and solutions for clients.
Handle both new client acquisition and existing client retention through upselling and cross-selling.

Desired Profile:

Education
: MBA in Sales & Business Development or relevant field.
Experience
: 3-5 years of relevant experience in Certification Sales or Training Sales.
strong consultative selling, negotiation, and presentation skills.
Proven ability to achieve and exceed sales targets.
Excellent communication, interpersonal and relationship-building skills.
Willingness to travel locally and regionally.
Must possess own conveyance.
